Payment Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
This Payment Policy explains how deposits and withdrawals are handled on BolterX. By making a payment you agree to the terms below.
1. Accepted payment methods
BolterX currently accepts deposits in cryptocurrency only, processed through our payment partner NOWPayments. Supported assets include USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20), Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, Litecoin, BNB and Dai.
Card and local bank methods shown in the deposit screen are not yet available and are marked accordingly.
2. Deposits
Each deposit generates a unique wallet address and an exact crypto amount based on the live exchange rate at the time of request. You must send the exact amount shown, on the exact network shown.
A new address is generated for every transaction. Do not reuse a previous deposit address — funds sent to an expired or reused address may be lost.
Deposits are credited automatically to your live trading account once the network confirms the payment. Demo balances are virtual and cannot be funded or withdrawn.
3. Network fees and exchange rates
Blockchain network (miner) fees are paid by the sender and are not controlled by BolterX. The amount credited reflects the funds actually received by the gateway.
Exchange rates are quoted at the moment a deposit is created and may differ slightly from other sources. The USD value credited is based on the amount received and the prevailing rate.
4. Processing time
Crypto deposits are typically confirmed within minutes, depending on the network and its congestion. Some networks may take longer during periods of high load.
If a deposit is not credited after network confirmation, contact support with your transaction hash and deposit reference.
5. Wrong amount or wrong network
Sending a different amount than quoted, or using a network other than the one selected, may result in a delayed, partial, or permanently lost deposit. BolterX cannot recover funds sent on the wrong network.
Always verify the asset, network and amount before sending.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are made from your live account balance to a crypto wallet address you provide. Demo balances are not withdrawable.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Ensure your payout address and network are correct — transactions sent to an incorrect address cannot be reversed.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Completed deposits are credited as trading balance and are not refundable except where required by applicable law.
If you believe a payment was made in error, contact support as soon as possible.
8. Contact
For any payment-related questions, reach our support team through the in-app help center or the contact channels listed on our website.
Important: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Always double-check the asset, network and amount before sending. BolterX is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or on the wrong network.
